Delicious 3 ingredients rice puffs

This is a healthy “snickers” as my daughter calls it, and I’m sure you and your family will LOVE those!! Also, these treats are vegan, refined sugar free and delicious!

To make these treats healthy I get these organic brown rice puffs with no added refined sugar, organic peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate.

There are also no right or wrong proportions, add as much peanut butter to rice puffs as it feels right and add as much chocolate as you like 🙂

You’ll need just 3 simple ingredients:

Puffed rice

Peanut butter 

Chocolate or chocolate chips 

1. In a box mixing bowl, mix rice puffs and few spoonfuls of peanut butter until you love your “batter”.

2. Line the baking pan with parchment paper. Put the peanut-rice mixture in it and spread well.

3. Melt the chocolate. I put it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about a minute. As an option, you can add couple tablespoons of milk (I love vanilla oat milk) for a more fluid consistency.

4. Spill the chocolate over the peanut butter-rice mixture.

5. Put it into the freezer for couple hours.

6. Cut in squares and serve!
