All green and lucky – it’s St. Patrick’s Day party!

Thank you Christmas Tree Shops for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own – as always.

St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and I’d love to share some ideas for the green and rainbow party my kids absolutely loved!

Do you have St. Patrick’s Day traditions? I try to make the holidays fun and magical for the girls, we do believe in leprechauns here and we have so much fun making traps for them! We wake up to a messy house (silly leprechauns!), wear green clothes, and enjoy green food. Mom tip – it’s such a great time to introduce some green veggies your kid hasn’t learned to love yet!

As always, my favorite home decor store, Christmas Tree Shops, was my main destination while preparing for the party. They have lots of amazing pieces and rotating holiday decor collections – St. Patrick’s Day stuff is now in! There’s everything I can think of and much more, the prices are great and the quality is amazing, I’m sure these pieces will be used for many St. Patrick’s Days ahead of us (oh although I know it’ll be hard to resist getting something new next season!).

For this party, I got a few items from the greenest part of the store – the candy jar with a leprechaun on it, these amazing clover placemats (sooo fancy and well-made!!), little rainbows with leprechauns on them, the beautiful signs are just a few of my favorites.

Then I headed to serveware department of the store where I found a three-section server that looks just like clover to me and suited the party theme so perfectly! Got the beverage dispenser for our green lemonade, loved its vintage style. And of course, a classic white tray for treats.

Let’s talk about food now!

I love everything about this fruit rainbow! So healthy, kids adore fruits and berries, and looks beautiful on the table + matches the theme! I used strawberries, oranges, mango, green grapes, blueberries, and raspberries, all served on a white marble cheese board.

For the green lemonade, I used limes and oranges, and added some green sugar (the “sprinkles” that are used for decorating baked goods) to color the lemonade green!

For the treats, I decorated cupcakes with the same green sugar/sprinkles and topped them with rainbow candy.

The girls had a blast and loved everything!  Shanti, our red toy poodle puppy, was their honored guest and we thought she was definitely the most Irish of us 🙂
