The ultimate vegan black bean mushroom burger

It’s been so long since I’ve posted a recipe here but I’ll try to do it more often. What kinds of recipes would you like to see??

Here’s an ultimate vegan black bean mushroom burger. Hearty, rich in protein and full of flavor!

You’ll need:

1 can of black beans

4 Bella mushrooms

2-3 tbsp of flour (I’m using chickpea flour)

1 tsp tomato paste

Some cilantro and garlic

Spices: smoked paprika, turmeric, coriander, black pepper, dried garlic OR just something like barbecue seasoning.

Instructions:

  1. Smash the beans.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them with garlic and spices.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Wet your hands and make the burgers, then fry them on a pan with some oil.
  5. Put the burger together and enjoy it!
